‘Daily Show’ asks Gov. Rick Scott to take drug test. Pure genius. Oh and before I forget, the asshole of the day award is a straight tie between Gov. Rick Scott and FL Rep. Scott Plakon.

Taj Mahal Travellers On Tour Filmmaker: Matsuo Ohno Running time: 102 minutes Year: 1973 16mm. I saw this film last night along with Ima Nema, A Day in Zucotti Park, and NYMPH’s latest video for a song called UFO Over Dome Rock. The program was a march through the limits of the psyche. A beautiful durational action.

– Newt Gingrich harried Bill Clinton for having sex with an intern 27 years his junior when he was having sex with a staffer 23 years younger than himself. His arrogance, meanwhile, verges on monomania. He once wrote of himself as the “definer of the forces of civilisation”. (via theeconomist)

RTA is on the air right now
Our second to last broadcast is going down right now. Tune in for ice cream trucks, band practice, sirens, horns, kids squawking, parents admonishing, highway overpasses passing over, gravel under our shoes, scouse diamonds in the road; the story of Anacostia told with its sounds.
